Currently serving as a Career Coach, responsible for providing career counseling to middle and high school students, coordinating career exploration resources, working with partners on developing career exploration activities, and administering these activities in the middle and high schools. Also responsible for working with students individually and in groups to help them determine their career pathway. I also possess over 14 years of professional and managerial experience. Over the years, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to create more streamlined processes for full lifecycle recruiting, operations, and onboarding, thereby attracting top talent and minimizing attrition in staffing, corporate, and managed service provider environments.
