As a Program Manager at District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS), I leverage over 7 years of experience in DC and 10 years as an education leader who specializes in designing initiatives and programs that foster postsecondary success. With a focus on data-driven strategies and collaborative planning, I oversee college and career readiness programs, enabling students to transition seamlessly into higher education and high-demand career pathways. Supporting students' individual goals is at the center of my work, whether through tailored career coaching at Montgomery College or by integrating career readiness into educational curricula.
