With extensive experience in higher education, I have led career development programs, services, and strategy across private and state universities, spanning liberal arts, performing arts, business, and life sciences. As an Executive Coach and Adjunct Professor at Montclair State University’s Feliciano School of Business, I coach MBA and EMBA students in leadership and career development. I work with a broad range of students—traditional and nontraditional alike—and have particular experience supporting those from historically underrepresented or diverse backgrounds, including first-generation college students, international students, student-athletes, veterans, adult learners, and neurodiverse individuals. Additionally, I have worked as an associate with several HR outplacement firms and train-the-trainer certification programs for aspiring career counselors.
