Teri Ford

With experience in both business and education, I bring a unique perspective to helping students get what they want out of high school, college and beyond. My primary focus at Partners for Achievement is to assist students with their interviewing skills. I enjoy conducting mock interviews to ease the stress that comes with, what might be, a student's first interview experience. With practice, students can learn to focus on their strengths and guide the interview to highlight their greatest accomplishments. I also work with our Mentor Network program which exposes students to professionals who have careers in the most desirable industries. With monthly presentations, students learn about careers in various fields which helps to guide their choice of college major. And finally, I assist with our College to Career Readiness Program. Through workshops in resume writing, interviewing skills, professional etiquette and more, we ensure that our college students are prepared to enter the work force.
