As an enthusiastic talent leader, I work directly with those at all career stages so they may best position themselves for their future job opportunities. I have spent much of my career designing, delivering, and growing impactful college student internship and mentoring programs for organizations of all sizes, in the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. As a valued partner to college and university services teams across the country, I have served as an extension to the career and professional development support they offer current students and alumni, and have fostered valuable connections to industry. Passionate about offering our workforce support to launch and enjoy a successful career, I draw upon deep industry expertise to educate new grads through seasoned professionals about the resources and opportunities available as they navigate their careers. I have an ardent desire to provide the critical encouragement that underrepresented populations need as they go through college, transition to and build a career. My experience working with first-gen students has had measurable results, having created a scalable first-gen virtual mentoring program that matches college students and marketing executives.
