While I loved building brands and driving long-term business growth, I became increasingly fascinated by something behind every successful organization: the people. I saw firsthand that strategy only succeeds when the right individuals are in the right roles. That realization, combined with a genuine passion for helping people grow their careers, led me to transition into executive search in 2008 as a partner at a mid-sized Toronto search firm. In 2017, I founded Talent Innovation to deliver a more flexible and modern approach to talent solutions.
