Through one-on-one, individually tailored coaching, we work together to identify the outcomes you seek and the barriers holding you back from achieving your goals. My objective is to help you move beyond sabotaging thoughts, habits, and associations so that you have the clarity of vision and focus you need to realize your full potential and thrive. Prior to becoming a coach, I mostly worked in roles of progressive responsibility at non-profit organizations and higher education institutions to devise strategies and campaigns to raise awareness of their programs and services and increase financial support through charitable contributions from foundations, corporations, and individual donors.
