Hi, I’m Vanessa Anello. I design learning experiences that help professionals and leadership audiences engage deeply, apply ideas quickly, and drive meaningful results. As Director of Program Strategy at Hacking HR, I lead the design and improvement of global certificate programs for HR and business professionals, including executive audiences. My work includes shaping curriculum, building scenario-based learning, creating assessments and facilitator tools, and working with faculty and subject matter experts to turn complex ideas into clear and engaging learning experiences. I am especially drawn to work that brings together learning, strategy, and storytelling. I enjoy creating experiences that are intentional, practical, and rooted in real-world application. Through my work at Workforce Charm, I also bring a strong understanding of professional growth, leadership development, and the human side of learning, which helps me build content that feels relevant, useful, and motivating. Across roles at Hacking HR, NBCUniversal, Wasserman, Allen & Overy, and other fast-moving environments, I have built a reputation for bringing clarity to complexity, strengthening learning experiences, and creating programs that move people forward.
