I'm a Career Transition Coach focused on supporting others to take stock, set a career direction and move towards it. I work with clients across industries at all levels to reflect on: what their career adds up to at this point; the direction they want to take; and how to communicate their key messages meaningfully to the market. Tangible outputs of this process are usually a clear career plan, a well written resume, a thoughtful LinkedIn profile, a comprehensive networking plan, targeted interview answers and eventually, a job that fits. Coming from a background in human resources, I am degree qualified with 15 years' experience across various industries. In the HR field, I've focused on building and maintaining strong relationships, supporting clients to achieve business strategy and coaching managers through HR transactions. Most recently, I worked on organisational change, workflow systems and facilitation.
