How can I actively manage and develop my career to ensure it progresses in the right way for me? I have taken an extended career break and am thinking about returning to work but how do I get started? I am going through a redundancy process. How can I get clarity on what I want to do next and what steps do I need to take to move towards securing the right role for me?
