I currently serve as a Career Coach supporting students interested in pursuing careers in the arts, fashion, entertainment, communications, and/or media. #VandyinArtsandMedia. My primary aim is to ensure students have the knowledge, tools, confidence, and resources to make progress towards, and ultimately achieve, their desired career goals. Currently, I'm in the process of exploring opportunities in branding, marketing, sports, and/or fashion. Though I am not exactly sure what exactly I want to do, I know that I would like my next role to blend strategy, creativity, and impact. As a lifelong learner, I am intentional about setting time aside to upskill (e.g., Inside LVMH Certificate Program, WME NXT Industry Sessions, etc.) to facilitate a smoother transition into my next adventure. Some key transferable skills include: - Data-informed decision-making - Campaign ideation & strategy - Cross-functional collaboration - People-centric problem-solving - Talent development - Audience research & engagement - Keeping my finger on the pulse of the entertainment industry by regularly reading industry trades (e.g., Business of Fashion, Glam Observer, Assistants vs Agents, Hollywood Reporter, etc.)
