I totally enjoy providing coaching and training for people in career and life transitions. Having lived and worked abroad, I also am attuned to the needs of people who have relocated to the USA and are seeking work and meaningful activities to rebuild their lives. My ability to speak 3 foreign languages and multicultural sensitivity has come in handy in my work! Other accomplishments include: * As career consultant for a USAID-funded project in Morocco, I developed curriculum and training materials, and trained career advising staff (in French), at 6 new career centers at universities and vocational schools in Morocco. * At UC Berkeley, I developed a highly successful course, "Creating A Fulfilling Life in America," to support international spouses/partners of postdocs and visiting scholars. I also designed and presented orientations for incoming international spouses and partners at the Haas School of Business and was a speaker at the UC Berkeley PhD Colloquium on Dual-Track Couples. * At the German-American Chamber of Commerce, I presented a workshop on "Doing Business in America" to German managers.
