Leadership abilities are important the workplace, in my workplace I display good communication skills. I will communicate with my clients, coworkers and supervisors because this is our team and no leader can work alone. I lead by asking everyone’s feedback on situations and issues that surround the job. My attitude is positive and has to stay so that everyone could view me as authentic and can openly come to me for help or feed back. For me to be authentic and self disclose to my clients this builds a positive relationship with them and it shows that I am a leader because I can talk about the many ways I have grown and they can follow to do the same.
