why do I do what I do?
The professional world has always made me uncomfy. As a highly sensitive, introverted perfectionist, I always felt out of place and like I constantly needed to prove my worth. After completing my master's degree, I worked at big-name companies and well-known tech startups, but my career path never felt intentional.
