Your Worthy Career®

Washington, United States

I don’t offer generic career coaching. I work with women in Pharma and Biotech who are navigating high-stakes career decisions and need clear thinking, context, and strategy, not advice they’ve already tried. You’ve likely built an impressive career in Pharma or Biotech. Your results are solid. Your expertise is real. And yet, something isn’t feeling right. You might be: Staying in a role longer than you intended while watching others advance Applying for roles you’re qualified for but not getting interviews or offers for the right roles Doing everything that’s been recommended and still feeling uncertain about your next move At a certain level, effort stops being the issue. What actually determines advancement in Pharma and Biotech is far less visible: how you’re positioned, perceived, and discussed when you’re not in the room. I know this because I spent over a decade inside the industry, leading Talent and Development initiatives across global Pharma and Biotech organizations. I sat in promotion meetings, succession planning conversations, and calibration rooms. I’m a Career Strategy and Leadership Coach for women in Pharma and Biotech to build careers they trust and want to stay in using the Worthy Career Method and my Right Move Protocol —a proven framework designed for the realities of science-driven, matrixed organizations. My work blends strategic advisory with high-impact coaching. We don’t bypass your intuition. We refine it. We look at the system you’re operating in and how you show up within it. I created The Right Move Protocol , a cohort-based coaching experience for women who are done guessing and ready to take ownership of their career direction with rigor and intention. Clients I work with are leaders, scientists, clinicians, and experts across large pharma, mid-size biotech, and growth-stage organizations. If you’re navigating a stay vs go decision, considering a pivot, or questioning whether your current role still fits — this work is

As a Career Coach, my passion lies in helping our students navigate their course of study (both undergraduate and postgraduate levels), uncovering what motivates them, and guiding them on career preparation and readiness. Bringing a wealth of industry expertise, I have supported students in securing internships and full-time opportunities across a wide range of sectors including consulting, conglomerates, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, oil, gas & energy and the public sector. Prior to my stint in career coaching, I was equipped with over 12 years of experience in brand management, business development, and project management in industries including Retail & Hospitality, Media & Entertainment and Education where I spearheaded brand-building initiatives for renowned F&B companies in Singapore and led customer-oriented and acquisition events in the Education and Media & Entertainment sectors. I'm a Business Psychologist, Career Consultant and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), working primarily in the career transition space. For the past four years, I have been advising, mentoring, and coaching clients from various levels (individual contributor to executive director) across a wide range of industries, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology, and energy. Prior to coaching, I worked in consultancy firms, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance their talent assessment and management strategies through both off-the-shelf and customised psychometric products. After navigating my own career transition, I understand the feeling of being lost. This personal experience fuels my passion for working one-on-one with individuals, helping them navigate change- whether planned or unexpected, and guiding them through the unknown. I love helping clients in exploring their next steps and identifying their career aspirations. Having done a few career pivots personally, I enjoy helping clients explore career possibilities and create a plan to make their career change a reality. I'm also on the planning committee to organise events to connect candidates to job opportunities, and co-lead the Career Pivot events at LHH. My coaching approach is supportive, kind, and empathetic, where I use a transformative coaching model to help clients confidently navigate change and ambiguity while achieving their full potential. I love learning about people and their unique journeys. Let's connect!
