So You Want to Start a Podcast: A Journey of Growth Follow me on a short journey on "so you want to start a podcast" to understand a bit about who I am, what I'm passionate about, and what is challenging me to grow right now. Starting a podcast is like embarking on a thrilling rollercoaster of self-discovery and growth. For me it has involved stepping out of my comfort zone, realizing my potential with an inspiration to share both passion and expertise. Recording voices, editing audio, and creating engaging content continually offers daily and weekly challenges, revealing a capacity for growth. Podcasting is not just about technical aspects; it's a personal development tour. Throughout the process, you become a storyteller, communicator, and curator of knowledge. I start with this (The Career Boosters: An MBA Podcast, shameless plug) to introduce you to who I am and what I do. I empower career journeys: My calling in life revolves around helping individuals pursue their dream careers. As a Career Coach for MBA students, I have the privilege of guiding aspiring professionals toward their goals daily. I proudly embrace the role of "Assistant Dream Chaser," ready to be an ally in chasing those ambitious career dreams. Much like my journey of self-discovery through podcasting, I find immense joy in helping others pursue their paths. So who is this sneaker wearing, golf loving, father, coach, recruiter, educator, and new podcaster? You’ll just have to stay tuned to the Career Boosters podcast! It will enlighten you on the incredible journey I have been on so far. Just like starting a podcast has many steps and layers, I feel like I do too and I am in the process of figuring out what those layers look like. Feel free to connect if you like golf, coaching, shoes or are just a person trying to figure this thing called life out.
