Thomas Edison once said, “If we did all the things we were capable of, we would literally astound ourselves.” I'm currently a Career Coach and Industry Relations Specialist at NUS Business School with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Prior to my current role, I spent close to 7 years in the tech and consulting industry, helping companies such as The Trade Desk, EPAM Systems, and Capgemini hire top talent across the APAC region. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, I led end-to-end recruitment cycles, spearheaded diversity and inclusion initiatives, and crafted employer branding strategies to attract the best candidates. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate their career journeys and achieve their goals, drawing on my experience to provide expert guidance and support. In particular, I'm focusing on theConsulting & Market Research as well as Others (including Diversified Conglomerates) opportunities for both undergraduates and Master of Science students in NUS Business School. I bring forth curiosity- to ask the right questions, strategic thinking- to problem-solve and refinement- to sharpen and value-add. This is in short the coaching method which I'm bringing along and I am ICF ACC Level 1 certified.

I'm Meaghan, and over the past 10 years of my career I've learned that there's immense power in uplifting others. I often joke that my actual title is "professional hype woman", but I've learned through the thousands of hours working directly with students and my teams that there's truth to that "title". My passion for helping my students and teammates alike recognize their worth, understand their next steps, and realize when they're already on the right track are just some of the reasons that I love what I do. I thrive in spaces where I get to shout out what's being done well, provide honesty when things need to be changed, and encourage folks to challenge themselves when doubt (or a deadline) creeps up. There's little that I love more than digging into the details, breaking down big processes into smaller steps, and helping meet student's needs wherever they're at in their exploration process. I'm also no stranger to navigating ambiguity, whether because I have a full plate of meetings with folks from a dozen different backgrounds, or I've been given a new project to manage and need to develop a system to keep everything on the rails. The success I've found in my roles has depended on my strengths in communication, time management, organization, relationship-building, program/project coordination, and collaboration. I am always looking for new experiences, moments to grow, and ways to positively impact those around me, students and colleagues alike. I look forward to connecting with you!
