“I love spending countless hours plotting and executing a major career shift!” said no high-level executive ever. And that is why I do what I do. I’ve helped over 1000 high-level senior executives figure out what they want next and how to get there. With complete discretion and a commitment to sourcing not just “a job” but a meaningful career upgrade, I guide my clients in defining objectives, mapping a strategic, achievable plan, and opening doors that welcome them to opportunities that do not exist on job or message boards; the opportunities that only insiders share that are filled before they become official. My process, #NetworkPurposefully is rooted in relationships—with my clients and the connections I build for their career progress. By diagnosing subtle market barriers and anticipating employers’ resistance and delving deep to reveal my clients’ distinguishing competencies, differentiating strengths and impressive accomplishments, I remove roadblocks threatening a swift landing and devise alternative solutions to clear a smooth path into a satisfying new opportunity. Career changers, re-entry candidates, seasoned professionals and confidential job hunters especially face opposition and benefit from decisively mitigating threats to their search progress. But beyond simply “making a plan,” I develop curated professional networks that set the career shift in motion and formulate connections to probe for talent gaps. I promote meaningful conversations that build rapport and generate trust. I sleuth for hiring authorities and their inner circle: thought leaders, influencers, decision-makers, sponsors, mentors, and champions. I coach my clients on how to make remarkable, lasting impressions on the people who can say, “We NEED to hire this person. We CAN’T let them go.” Because at the end of the day, making a major, high-level career change isn’t about applying for a job. It’s about being memorable among the right people. That’s what I deliver for my cl

Early in my career as a counselor in a community agency, I saw firsthand how closely a person's general sense of well-being and confidence are connected to their career identity. Also, It became apparent that career development is rarely linear. It is often circular or even web-like, with most of us experiencing the significant points of self-discovery, awareness, exploration, decision making, planning, etc. in a very personal way, with no rigidly prescribed course or order. This complexity fascinated me. Fast forward to today: For over 20 years, I have worked in the rewarding industry of higher education where I get to support a diverse student population in their career development. Every student brings unique backgrounds, experiences, and goals, making every day challenging and exciting. As I walk in the building each day, my mission is to empower students to navigate, make sense of, and perhaps even have a little fun with, that circle…or web...so that they can achieve their goals and build a strong career identity.

Are you ready to find your freedom? You've had a successful career; but the long hours, politics and nonstop pressure have left you exhausted. You’re not alone—and you can escape the corporate grind. Here’s what I hear all the time: “I’m 55, recently made redundant, and not ready to retire. I want meaningful work that fits with who I am and what I want to do, but I don’t know what that is—or how to find it.” “After 30+ years in Financial Services, my enthusiasm’s gone. Restructuring’s coming. Redundancy + pension sounds tempting, but that’s a big change. What will I do with my days?” “I’m 50 with a successful career so far —and it’s draining me. I don’t want another decade or two of corporate BS. I want work that matters. But what?” If any of this sounds like you, I can help you get to where you want to be. Not ready for coaching yet? Dive into my free resources and blogs to start exploring. Ready to plan your next move? You’ll find full details of my Explore and Escape programs, pricing, and free resources at www.findyourfreedomcoaching.co.uk — plus reviews from people I’ve helped. Why me? I spent my career in Financial Services. It was ‘a good career’ (until it wasn't) and I was good at what I did. But it didn't fulfil me. I chose to take redundancy in my 50s after realising the impact poor leadership and a toxic culture was having on my health. It was a rollercoaster from 'Yes, I'm doing this!' to 'Oh sh*t, what have I done?' but now I wish I'd done it years earlier! After redundancy I managed to regain my sense of self through reconnecting with my strengths, values and what matters to me. I’ll help you uncover your strengths, get clear on your values, and build the confidence to make the change you need. DM me to get started now.

I’m passionate about helping students chart their own paths—and now, as a Career Coach with Tulane’s Career Services, I get to do just that every day. My journey in higher education began with coordinating tutoring at Tulane University's Academic Learning & Tutoring Center , where I led a team of 40+ tutors, elevated the center to College Reading & Learning Association (CRLA) accreditation, and discovered how deeply meaningful it is to support student growth.
