Being a Career Coach Admin for HEB has led me to guide our partners into the right direction and assist them in any way I can professionally. Along with administrative tasks, I help finalized hiring, conduct onboarding processes, coordinate training and development, assist partners with networking and connections in stores and company wide!I provide positive feedback and guidance on partners who want to advance their career within the company. I provide career resources as long with interview and resume preparation. I use my psychology degree to make a positive, engaging impact on our partners, managers, and leaders within stores!
