Alex Rickerby

I founded my coaching practice after experiencing first-hand the impact that high-quality coaching can have, not just on career progression, but on confidence, clarity and how you show up professionally. Before becoming a coach, I spent over 14 years leading high-performing commercial teams at organisations including The Telegraph and Google. I understand the pace, pressure and complexity of senior roles, including the demands of sales leadership, strategic targets, digital transformation and the constant expectation to deliver. That experience shapes how I work today. I specialise in supporting senior leaders and experienced professionals who are navigating change, whether that is stepping into greater responsibility, transitioning roles or sectors, or reassessing what success looks like at this stage of their career. Many of my clients are accomplished, capable people who struggle not with competence, but with articulating their value, redefining their professional identity, or making confident decisions about what comes next. My role is to be a thinking partner, someone who can recognise your value, help you make sense of your experience, and work with you to create a clear, realistic path forward that aligns with who you are now. Alongside my professional work, I am a mother of two energetic (and humbling) humans, an inconsistent long-distance runner, and someone endlessly curious about what motivates people and what helps them thrive over the long term.
