Welcome! I help Executives, Managers and Professionals manage their lives in turbulent, white-water times. Mid-career, I decided to change direction for two main reasons. Firstly, I was increasingly drawn to the people, rather than technical, aspects of work. Secondly, I especially wanted to help people after they left their jobs with their careers, rather than their finances (as I had done as a financial planner). When moving from financial services to human resources, I learned a great deal about internal and external barriers that commonly apply to professional career transitions. Since 2003, I’ve been privileged to coach hundreds of people from the Mining, Oil and Gas, Engineering, Financial Services, Professional Services, Tertiary Education, Agribusiness, and Transport Tourism and Leisure industries.
