Christine Johnson

As an experienced communicator and educator, I am passionate about creating excellence through collaboration and innovation while making a positive impact in the lives of others. I have a Master of Arts in Communication and Leadership from Western Michigan University, with a focus on organizational communication, strategic communication, student success, and workplace readiness. My research experience includes young adult workplace readiness, managerial archetypes, communicative and relational behaviors, and vocational anticipatory socialization. My research has been published in peer-reviewed journals, such as Management Communication Quarterly and Management Research Review. I am also thankful to have received multiple honors and awards, including the WMU Graduate Student Association Make A Difference Award. I have a demonstrated history of building meaningful relationships with others, driving progress in the workplace, and problem-solving by offering innovative solutions.
