With over 20 years of dedicated service in the Disability sector, I've worn many hats - from front-line support worker to Job Coach, Team Leader, Creative Coordinator, and Inclusion advocate and educator.Recently, I've embarked on a new chapter in my career journey as a Career Coach. It's a natural evolution that allows me to continue my passion for empathy, advocacy, and supporting others, albeit in a different capacity.My extensive experience in the Disability sector has equipped me with a deep understanding of individual needs, diverse perspectives, and the importance of fostering inclusive environments.
