Part of the Leadership Careers team at London Business School, coaching Executive MBA and Sloan Fellows. For over 20 years, I've delivered leadership searches for fast-growth technology companies, starting as as a Principal with the technology practice of Heidrick & Struggles before moving on to specialist firms based in Paris and London. I've also found leaders for social enterprises and NGOs, with a focus on social investment, global health and engaged philanthropy. My early career was in enterprise software sales/marketing, in both corporate HQ and field roles. I'm an American/French national who has lived and worked in the U.S, France, Germany and the UK.
