Fred Bakker

I'm a Professional Career Coach and Executive Coach who works with individuals and teams dealing with the challenges of change, development and performance. I have a successful track record coaching individuals considering changing and advancing in their careers - as well as executives in a corporate environment and entrepreneurs managing their own companies. I believe in the value of empowering individuals and encouraging them to take charge of their lives and careers, manage change and perform at their best. My work experience includes five years teaching mainly business English in Tokyo after graduating in 1985 – and twelve years as a corporate treasury dealer in banking. I have focused on coaching full-time since June 2004 - logging more than 6500 hours by April 2025. I communicate well at all levels in both English and Afrikaans. Since I grew up speaking German, I’m still able to use it very effectively at a conversational level.Specialties: Career Coaching and one-on-one Executive Coaching with a focus on performance and leadership development.
