The strong and solid base of education is consists of logistics engineering studies and diploma studies on ICT. And to this all is supplemented by specialist qualification in management. I have done long journey in logistic, working with material and information flows, as well as improved the efficiency of production and supply chain management. Ambition Later on I have focused to personnel and how to manage individuals. I am very keen on personnel development, the company's culture and community issues. I have started new chapter to obtain more information and skills on issues of culture and people as well as leadership position in people development. Dreaming about What about future? I will see that I am sitting on in my office and door is open. I hear that my team is chatting cheerfully. Someone pop up of the chair to peeks through from the doorway and asks me to join to conversation. I join them and notice that team talk about our main tasks with passion. Our core functions, added with staff development, competencies, training and life sized learning. They know that we are strong to develop all these areas together as a team. Strong organizational culture and community spirit are at the core of that company. I want to feel when the personnel are doing their best and we all can trust to each other on this common journey. One of the biggest tasks of mine is a role of "quide", where I can truly offer my help to my team to support them on this journey. #tg
