I’m a Career and Executive Coach at Personal Career Management and work with individuals and organisations supporting all aspects of career management, leadership development and job search strategy. My approach is to help individuals build deeper self-understanding, feel empowered about the future and gain clarity about career goals – whilst navigating the complexities of the world of work and developing leadership capabilities. I bring energy and a practical solution focussed approach, along with deep insight into the challenges of career change, the complexity of organisational culture, the pressure to perform and maximise both personal and business growth. I also work with organisations offering career conversations training, in-house career development clinics and workshops. In addition to my coaching practice, I'm part of the teaching team for the MSc in Career Coaching at Birkbeck University. I particularly enjoy facilitating peer coaching groups with a focus on shared learning and professional connection. Following an early career as a Director with a global recruitment consultancy, I ensure my clients are equipped with the most up to date job search strategies. With 25 years experience in coaching, training and leadership development, I have an MSc in Career Coaching and am qualified to use a range of psychometric tools. I work across East Anglia and London and offer support internationally via Zoom.
