Jane Gill

Jane is an accredited professional coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation with over 3000 hours of coaching experience. A Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and for over 20 years, Jane has been the VP and Board Director of HR for four organisations, including FTSE100, global (US based). As a professional coach (PCC) and an ex-board director she brings this dual experience to enable leaders and emerging leaders to succeed at in senior leadership level. Jane's USP is that she is not only a highly trained coach, but she has 'been there' both personally and has had in house responsibility leading senior leadership training and career planning for Board and Senior Leadership Team positions. She has worked for two leading consultancies and has run her own business. Jane has also held the voluntary position of non-executive chair for a national homeless charity and is a careers adviser for local schools.
