In order to achieve higher retention it is paramount all stakeholders must collaborate together for the same goals of work achievement and employee retention. It has always been my passion to see people's needs fulfilled in terms of starting right and finding the best-fit career path. I have experienced fulfillment when my candidates find the career they like, start doing what they love, and become the best in what they should be. My years with our Borneo Programs have allowed me to engage with the non-executive levels of hired groups which in turn has made me feel extremely blessed. Many who had started with limited means and knowledge are now on their way to reaching their dreams of a better life by finding better and stable jobs.
