My passion and expertise is helping underemployed or unemployed job seekers with disabilities and multi-barriers from diverse backgrounds and sectors with reaching their career/employment/educational goal(s); and helping employers with their DEI goals. Using an adult education approach combined with a client-centred model, I apply my deep understanding of the business world, the labour market and community development to build meaningful partnerships in my work.
