My significant experience as a career coach and recruitment consultant, and my role in shaping MyCareerBrand's coaching solutions including our strengths-based coaching, enables me to bring a well-rounded approach to your coaching and job search. I am particularly interested in coaching emerging and executive leaders looking to secure their next role and realise their potential. My coaching experience through to senior executive level enables me to draw out and frame my clients value proposition, positioning them to navigate often challenging application, interview and selection processes. Since 2008 I have worked alongside senior leadership to support their hiring needs. So, in addition to understanding what drives a recruiter’s decision-making, I also have a strong grasp on what drives the hiring manager to say ‘yes’ to appointing you to your next role. This means I am well-placed to coach you through the screening, interview, and appointment phases of your job search and acquisition. My coaching experience spans a wide variety of role types including finance, sales and marketing, technology and HR across a broad range of industry sectors at mid to senior level.
