I founded in 1998 my own recruitment and career development agency called Jobprofile. That’s where I developed my experience, practicing a talent management combining professional and technological tools for recruitment, as well as a human and individual expertise for candidates profiling and for my clients’ challenges (multinationals, SME, public companies).
