Liane Slaughter

I am a multinational polymath, trained in interdisciplinary chemical sciences, now serving STEM students and professionals as a leadership and career coach. I support students, academics, and professionals on a wide range of research, communication, leadership, and career-related issues at any phase of their growth from secondary school through Ph.D. through senior leadership. I provide service globally while based in Hong Kong. I enjoyed a 17-year career in scientific research in nanotechnology, biotechnology, and outreach programs across three(3) continents before becoming a solopreneur in 2020 specializing in science communication while training as a coach with an ICF-accredited school. My scientific and independent careers have shown me that each individual is a leader, able to contribute to addressing the world's pressing challenges, and our success hinges on working together.
