Alongside coaching, I provide content creation and communication services that help individuals and organizations thrive.* In my career coaching, I support individuals with: * Identifying and articulating skills and competencies * Job search strategies and structured approaches * Crafting impactful CVs and applications * Preparing for interviews and showcasing both skills and personality * Leveraging LinkedIn and social media to highlight professional identity and opportunities Previously, I worked as an executive search consultant, managing diverse recruitment processes and sourcing talent for roles from specialists to senior leaders. I also have a strong background as Internal Communication Lead for one of Kesko’s grocery retail chains, where I managed internal communications, served as chief editor for external website content, and worked as an in-house communication consultant to ensure communication was aligned from planning through execution across projects. With 10+ years in customer-centric roles across industries, I bring a strong customer-first mindset and thrive where strategy meets meaningful human interaction. I hold an M.Sc. in Communication from the University of Jyväskylä, with minors in Psychology and Human Resources Management. My studies focused on the dynamics of human interaction.
