Hi, I’m Lisa! I am an ICF Personal Development Coach and Leadership Consultant with over two decades of experience. I am powered by authenticity, non-judgment, and empathy and create a safe, empowering space for my clients to reframe their challenges into their superpowers. In both my life coaching and my leadership consulting work, my mission remains the same: Empowering individuals to achieve their highest potential! My journey has been one of resilience and reinvention. At 42, I emerged from a 20-plus-year abusive marriage. Faced with the loss of my career, community and possessions and a year of stalking at the hands of my abuser, I navigated the court system and relocated 2,000 miles away to rebuild my life from the ground up. I have since worked tirelessly to transform my personal hardships into a powerful narrative of resilience and transformation. I am dedicated to helping other trauma survivors, particularly high-achieving, accomplished women who have experienced relationship trauma, tap into their superpowers and move from surviving to thriving. Grounded in real-life experience, my warm, empathetic approach validates my clients' experiences and provides practical tools for reframing their stories, claiming their superpowers, and building a thriving life.
