I love helping my clients to realise a rewarding and meaningful career, through clarity of purpose and connection to people and opportunities. A Masters qualified career counsellor, meaningful life-work coach and career transition coach with over 19 years' experience, I'm inspired to help people navigate their career in times of change and challenge. I founded Career Wisdom to work with people wanting more than just money from their career - making a contribution or positive impact in the world, or "making a difference" as my clients often express it. From starting out in private practice plus serving a broad range of clients in a community career drop-in centre, I’ve since worked with professional rugby players, young adults with cancer, ballet dancers, managers and executives in transition due to redundancy. I enjoy working with peak performers. In 2019 I was awarded a Churchill Fellowship to investigate career services for adults with cancer and now offer partial scholarships for those wanting to explore their 'what's next?'. I am a Fellow of Leadership Western Australia, registered as a Professional Career Development Practitioner with the Career Industry Council of Australia and Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia. I currently provide career services for the Australian Institute of Sport's Career Practitioner and Referral Network and as a presenter for specialist transition and leadership programs for elite athletes and former athletes. I'm the author of "Make Your Move: Career Dynamics in Changing Times". Born in Scotland, I attended seven schools in two countries and have held many "Connector" roles across the non-profit and corporate sectors.
