I’m Marisa, a Senior Career Coach at Imagine Foundation e.V., with over 20 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, and career coaching - helping professionals unlock their potential and navigate the global job market with confidence. Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, and having lived in London and now Germany, I bring a global perspective and strong cultural awareness to my work. For the past 3 and a half years at Imagine Foundation, I’ve specialized in coaching international tech talents, guiding them through skill development, CV and LinkedIn optimization, job search strategies, and interview preparation. I’ve had the privilege of supporting professionals from Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America in building meaningful careers and successfully integrating into Europe’s competitive job markets. I hold a degree in Business Administration and certifications in Coaching, Leadership, Innovation, Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, CELTA, and NLP, which I use to deliver tailored, practical, and empowering coaching experiences.
