I have worked in Higher Education for the last 14+ years. I have been at mid-sized public, small private, and large public research institutions. I love working in Career Development and helping students realize their potential and explore their professional dreams. I currently work with Engineering students and adore the work that I have the privilege of doing each day. It is my honor to work with such a collaborative and innovative team of professionals here in the Career Center at UNC Charlotte. I love putting my skills in career advising, job search strategies, mock interviewing, resume/cover letter writing, and interpreting self-assessments to use at institutions of higher learning

She has over 14 years of experience in higher education, working with students in career advising, job search strategies, resume writing, and mock interviewing. Corkery coaches students in the energy and utilities, and education client industries.
