Michael Mello

Michael Mello, MSW, LMSW, is a Clinical Mentor and Career Coach at Causeway Collaborative. As a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Social Work, Michael has extensive experience in a clinical setting working with individuals, groups, and families as a therapeutic mentor. Michael Mello is also the owner of Mello Mindset Coaching LLC, where he works with individuals to navigate stress, anxiety, career development, and chronic illness. He has a passion for guiding people through transformative journeys and every day life stressors.His prior experience spans from multiple areas including state government positions, public health related roles, while frequently exercising his interpersonal skills.
