Michael Joiner-Hill

While being committed to serving all students, I have a responsibility and desire to serve those students who hold identities that have historically been forced to exist on the margins. My challenge? To create equitable practices and access points that allow these students to play on an even playing field. As a Black former collegiate student-athlete, I learned just how valuable and essential it is to have holistic support in developing varied interests, as plans can change in an instant. Thus, I take it upon myself to lead teams in building those support systems.
