With 28 years in education, my journey has been rooted in growth, leadership, and student success. I earned my Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from St. Leo University and recently completed my Master’s in Teacher Leadership from American College of Education—an accomplishment that reflects my continued commitment to educational excellence.I began my career in the elementary classroom, later teaching high school English for five years before transitioning into the role of ESE Case Manager and Special Education Teacher. These diverse experiences have shaped my ability to support students across learning styles, grade levels, and academic needs.Today, I serve as a Career Coach and CTE Coordinator, where I focus on building pathways for student success while fostering collaborative leadership among colleagues. I am passionate about strengthening effective leadership practices that promote growth, innovation, and continuous improvement within our school community.My certifications include Elementary Education (1–6), English (9–12), Special Education, and ESOL.I remain dedicated to empowering students, supporting educators, and leading with purpose!
