I’m a Career Coach at Lincoln Land Community College with a heart for helping people find their path as well as the confidence to walk it. Whether it’s a student exploring their first job or an alum ready for a career change, I love connecting people with the tools, resources, and encouragement they need to take the next step. My journey to this role hasn't been linear. I started at LLCC in 2022 as a Communications Specialist, shifted into Advancement, then found my stride in career development. Before that, I spent several years as a public elementary school teacher, where I discovered just how much I love supporting others in their growth. With a background that spans teaching, communications, and advancement, I bring a holistic, people-centered approach to career development. I’m detail-oriented to my core, but it’s my enthusiasm, optimism, and team spirit that drive how I show up for my colleagues and the students I serve.
