Maria Ryan

With over 20 years of experience in the corporate arena, I am a passionate and accredited coach, lecturer, and founder of Brand New Horizons Ltd, a company that specializes in career transition and change management programmes. I have a proven track record of helping individuals and teams achieve their professional and personal goals, using my skills in psychometric testing, communication, motivation, and leadership.As an adjunct lecturer in human resource management at Dublin City University and the University of Limerick, I deliver engaging and interactive courses in both face-to-face and online environments. I also contribute to published HRM research and moderate e-learning programmes. My academic qualifications include a MSc in Work and Organisational Behaviour and a BA in Human Resources, both with first-class honours. I am committed to lifelong learning and continuous improvement, and I recently completed an executive coaching programme accredited by the International Coaching Federation and a course on moderating for online environments.
