Career and Executive Coach (ACC accredited by the ICF and a Registered Member of the Career Development Institute) and Intercultural trainer, with MA in Intercultural Communication. I have over 20 years' experience coaching at all levels from graduate to CEO, across private, public and charity sectors both in the UK and globally. Earlier international HR (FCIPD) career with ExxonMobil and GE. Clients describe me as "energising and empathetic". I have been an expat in France, an expat spouse in Belgium and led an HR team across the EMEA region before setting up my own coaching business.
