Sherri is the owner of Resource Maximizer, a private career coaching and consulting company. She has helped people develop and achieve their employment goals for more than 25 years. In the process, she helps them to identify employment options and organizations that are a cultural fit, and to assess their ability to compete in the current market. Sherri also helps people navigate workplace hurdles or conflicts, develop longer term career paths or make transitions into completely new directions. She is frequently able to refer great candidates to employers as a professional courtesy (NO FEE) when it is in the best interest of both parties. She offers 1:1 career coaching services, in addition to webinars, workshops and custom trainings for private, nonprofit and public organizations. Sherri's background also includes 10 years of experience delivering the employment portion of the Transition Assistance Program for personnel leaving all branches of the military. She offers her clients a comprehensive understanding of the nuances of the job market and the workplace from both the candidate/employee and employer perspectives.
