I have led and delivered multiple projects and initiatives that enhanced customer experience, increased operational efficiency, and supported business growth. In 2019, I decided to pursue my passion and mission of empowering people and communities, and founded Fish Talk. Fish Talk is a coaching company and a career development community that provides personalised and professional guidance to individuals and teams, helping them achieve their personal and professional goals.
