For over 30 years I have been providing career advice and recruiting services to senior executives, professionals, students, and organizations throughout the world. My mission today is to help people determine who they are - personality, strengths and weaknesses, what it is they are naturally wired to do, and ultimately obtain and thrive in that position. The practice can be broken up into 4 basic services: - Personality and vocational testing utilizing Extended DiSC and The Strong Interest Inventory - Resume and cover letter development - Career coaching - teaching people how to conduct an effective job search and interview successfully - And finally, improving confidence and self esteem .
