Tracy's interest and passion in career development and consulting began when she attempted a career switch from a high-flying, successful role into the Real Estate industry. The jolty career switch led her to the realization that there was an entire science to understanding oneself in finding career success and achieving personal satisfaction in the workplace.Her personal experience inspired her to commence on a journey to help individuals explore unknowns, uncover their potential and help them make a difference in their environment. The opportunity of leveraging from a personal process and relationships in career development work saw her take the leap into the world of career development, psychology and counseling and consulting.Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from the London School of Economics, and a Masters of Science in Marketing (International Business) degree from City University of New York. She is certified in MBTI, Strongs Interest Inventory, Career Leader and am a member of the International Coach Federation. Also trained in Points of You , a US based coaching instruction and a Certificate in Psychology and Counseling.Currently, she spends her time in research on career discovery and management materials and coaching professionals and individuals across industries in Singapore with the aim to help all professionals in a new stage - Career Actualization.
