My career story began in New York, when I left the world of Public Relations agencies for a role in Public Relations at CHANEL, partnering with Hollywood studios and industry leaders to tell the story of a global brand. That experience taught me the power of narrative -- how the right story can open doors, inspire action, and create connection. Over the next 25 years, I grew into leadership roles with CHANEL’s Education team, designing nationwide programs that elevated performance, engagement, and culture. I’m especially proud of initiatives like Engaging the Energies, a DISC-based training rolled out to more than 1,300 employees, and The Art of Dialogue, a framework that gave teams the confidence to navigate challenging client interactions. These programs became embedded into coaching, leadership development, and performance reviews across the company. Today, I bring that same passion for storytelling and development to my work as a Career Consultant at LHH. I help professionals in transition refine their résumés, optimize LinkedIn profiles, build confidence in interviews, and expand their networks. As a certified DISC Practitioner, I also integrate behavioral insights into coaching to strengthen communication, leadership presence, and career storytelling. What drives me is seeing individuals step into their next chapter with clarity and confidence, knowing their story, owning their value, and feeling ready for what comes next.
