As a Career Coach, I partner with clients to help them reflect on their career and educational journey—identifying key moments of fulfillment, challenges, and areas of both energy and frustration. Through this process, we uncover meaningful goals and aspirations. I take a proactive approach to enhance their self-esteem and confidence, helping them gain clarity and empowering them to craft a focused action plan toward success. During the 25 years I served as a high school math teacher, the very best moments were the times when the students set a goal to work toward, and I got to be there to support them toward that goal. To think that this is the constant in my DAILY WORK - to help people work toward the goals they set for themselves - is such a dream. I thought I was just trying to find a next job, but I have landed in a new CAREER.
